Take Note is a FREE 2-day music conference hosted by Generator that aims to galvanize the work already underway in the region.  It will draw together professionals, including musicians, band managers, A&R reps and agents to share their skills, experience and knowledge to see how it could benefit those wishing to advance careers in music.
 

Eddi Reader will open TAKE NOTE and speak about the history and experiences which have made her a unique and powerful figure in contemporary British music.  Boo Hewerdine, her songwriting partner will deliver a composition master-class on the 8th.  Caroline Elleray who heads up Sony/BMG publishing will be joined by other A&R reps to offer direct feedback on music submitted by unsigned bands of the county.
